2. If your class won't open, try deleting your "cookies" - Tools / Internet Options / (Browsing History) Delete
3. "Yes" you can stop and start as you wish and the course will "remember" where you stopped..
4. Yes, you can generate your own certificate when done. If you need us to send it to your PO just email us, give your name and PO email.
5. "I get a yellow triangele and can't open my class". Answer: Close properly next time. To fix, double click the yellow icon. Wait and you will see a window with "code" in it. Close that window and then "Refresh" (go to "View" and then select "Refresh" or just push your F5 key). This should make the Green "Go" icon re-appear.
6. Yes, as soon as you pay, you can begin the class.
