"THEFT TALK"
Offender Services

The majority of our clients are referred by the courts and therefore attend by mandate, not voluntarily. We provide most of our services in small groups ranging from 8 to 10 offenders. Because our services are often court ordered they must be time fixed. At the present time most of our offender programs are limited to one three or four hour session. We have a cognitive restructuring theoretical base and use an impact counseling model for service delivery. Basically, this model is the result of research which indicates most significant change in counseling occurs within the first three to five hours.
