A "THEFT TALK" Victim Panelest

  Theft Victims Panel

What is it?

"THEFT TALK" Counseling Service Inc. is a private nonprofit company which has been in business since 1983. "THEFT TALK" focuses its efforts on showing offenders the harm their crime has on others - real human beings. In order to help us achieve that goal, the Victim Impact Panel was created.

The panel consists of people from our community who have been victimized by some form of theft. We believe that allowing offenders to hear real people discuss their victimization can have a significant impact on criminal attitudes and behaviors.
